Camron Ware
Camron has been doing projection mapping and lighting for 18 years, focusing on theatre, churches, and events. He loves the creative challenge of finding how to merge physical with digital to create experiences.
Courtney Ware
Courtney has had several films she has worked on be accepted by the Sundance Film Festival and when not helping to create projection content, she it writing, directing, and editing videos and films.
Vishal Sharma
Vishal is a lighting programmer and technician and works with Proformance Systems to provide stunning visuals to productions. He currently is receiving a BFA in lighting design and technology and expects to graduate in 2021. His experiences have allowed him to work on some fantastic productions around the country. He enjoys lighting, not only because of the design aspect and creativity, but the brain work and data management that goes behind putting a show together.
Joe George
Joe George is an Audio Engineer. He has been working with ProFormance Systems for over 4 years. After graduating from Plano West Senior High School, Joe studied Music Production at the University of Art and Design. His experience as a musician and sound engineer has taken him across the country working a variety of events. His work with schools across North Texas has ranged from musicals, to choir pop shows to orchestra concerts.
Andrew Porter
Andy Porter is an Engineer with a degree in Audio Engineering Technology from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Growing up in the Plano area and graduating from Plano East Senior High in 2011, he started into audio while a student in tech theatre at Williams High School. He has worked with ProFormance Systems since 2011 helping successfully complete several installs and audio productions. Currently he is on tour with country star Gretchen Wilson as her monitor engineer. He has extensive knowledge of both analog and digital audio systems as well as RF coordination.
Cassidy McQuiston
Cassidy McQuiston is a lighting and scenic designer, with a background in Directing and Stage Management. Having earned her degree in Technical Theatre from West Texas A&M University in 2011, she worked in Stage Management in Chicago. Cassidy became the Technical Theatre Director at Plano Senior High School from 2014-2017 and Director 2017-2018. In 2020, she returned to the classroom as the Technical Theatre Director at Plano West Senior High School after spending time working as a private contractor through ProFormance Systems. Cassidy is a proud member of the Texas Educational Theatre Association and is dedicated to promoting the arts in our schools and community.
